A little bit about me

Katrina “Kitty” Günther is a visual thinker, strategic designer, and futurist who uses visual formats to enable knowledge transfer and spark imagination across diverse groups. For over a decade, she has helped organisations bring complex topics to life.

Important steps on my journey
B.A. Communication Design
studied at FH Munich, and worked as a designer in several creative studios
working with Design Thinking
curious about design as a process tool, I moved to the Hasso-Plattner-Institute and continued working there as a designer and project manager
founding Visual Thinking
by popular demand, I started working as a freelance Graphic Recorder and Illustrator
working with Strategic Design
joined creative strategy agency Ellery Studio, applying my knowledge and deepening my practice
M.A. Futures Studies
still driven by a desire to explore the deeper layers of change, I enrolled at FU Berlin – earning my degree with the thesis Visual Thinking in Futures Studies
